Operation Outpost is a new initiative at Religious Community Services in New Bern (RCS).  A team of dedicated volunteers will bring food, clothing and hygiene items to populations in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico Counties. Havelock is one of the designated locations that will serve as pickup locations for boxes filled with necessary essentials for daily living — food, clothing, and hygiene items.
